Introduction:
Lucid Care supercharges precision psychiatry with real-world data and AI. Mental health isn’t just about access to care; it’s about the quality of treatment. By combining personal experiences with passive data like biomarkers, Lucid equips clinicians with needed insights for care and empowers patients in their mental health journey. We are seeking an Operational Intern to support market research, clinician engagement, and partnership efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on research, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Lucid’s customer base, product goals, and roadmap
- Participate in rotational experiences across competitive analysis, clinician support, and patient engagement
- Create a final deliverable by the end of the internship.
- Collaborate with co-founders to translate insights into product improvements and research initiatives.
- Contribute to the patient and clinician experience by providing data-driven insights.
Example projects, depending on the needs of the company in the summer, include:
- Analyze real-world evidence data platforms and mental health technology companies to identify new opportunities for Lucid to differentiate itself in the industry.
- Support clinicians: Develop methodologies to gather clinician feedback on user experience and effectiveness and organize feedback into actionable insights to guide product improvements.
- Research B2B partners: Identify key decision makers, their unique needs, and assist with template creation and value proposition development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Passionate about mental health or business strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented and able to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, curious, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn.
