Introduction:
Lucid Care supercharges precision psychiatry with real-world data and AI. Mental health isn’t just about access to care; it’s about the quality of treatment. By combining personal experiences with passive data like biomarkers, Lucid equips clinicians with needed insights for care and empowers patients in their mental health journey. We’re looking for an intern specializing in data science to help identify key patterns that provide actionable insights - for patients and clinicians.

Intern Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing user data (mood tracking, wearable data, biomarkers) to uncover meaningful trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Identify early indicators of mental health patterns, such as mood shifts or physiological changes linked to stress or anxiety.
- Develop clear, actionable reports and visualizations to communicate findings to product teams, researchers, and clinicians.
- Validate identified correlations through statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Collaborate with co-founders to translate insights into product improvements and research initiatives.
- Contribute to the patient and clinician experience by providing data-driven insights.

Intern Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Ability to synthesize complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for mental health, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, curious, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn.
