Details About the AMN Summer Associate Program: 

May 27th, 2025 through August 1st, 2025 (10 weeks)

Details About This Specific Position: 

Dallas Office Location,  2 to 3 days in office per week 

Full-Time work during normal business hours 

The Summer Associate, Team Member Engagement intern role involves supporting the coordination and facilitation of engagement and belonging events for team members, both in-person and online. Key responsibilities include supporting the Employee Resource Group leaders and programs, developing and facilitating events such as team building activities and related communications.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in corporate event coordination, especially in team member engagement and belonging campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to author internal communication articles and submit proposals for additional new team member experience programs.

This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in an Human Resources department, which can be valuable for your future career opportunities.

Minimum Experience:

Post or recent Graduate student

program completion in marketing, communications, student affairs and higher education, psychology, hospitality, preferred

Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

Skills Needed:

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Self-directed and resourceful

Pay Rate

$21.00 - $24.75 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
