Sales Support Specialist

sustainable energy solutions. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our sales team,

ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to completed sale.


Role Overview

The Sales Support Specialist provides vital administrative and operational support to the sales team.

This role involves managing customer interactions, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments and

events, handling sales-related marketing, and ensuring smooth communication between sales

representatives and other departments. This position is a mandatory precursor to the Inside Sales

Representative role.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & CRM Management

✅ Assist the sales team by creating and updating proposals, ensuring all details

✅ Update dispositions in Monday.com CRM.

✅ Support field sales team with in-office tasks, data entry, and scheduling needs.

✅ Coordinate sales meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.

✅ Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and goal tracking.


Customer Interaction & Appointment Coordination

✅ Take inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads for appointments.

✅ Schedule, confirm, and reschedule sales appointments as needed.

✅ Follow up with customers to clear financing stipulations and work with Project Management team

✅ Make outbound calls to generate referrals and maintain customer engagement.


Event Coordination & Marketing Support

Plan and coordinate home shows and local marketing events to drive brand awareness.

✅ Assist in managing monthly email campaigns via Mailchimp.

✅ Update and maintain sales brochures, marketing content, and customer-facing materials using

Canva.


Collaboration & Administrative Support

✅ Work closely with the Direct Sales Manager and project managers to update stipulated accounts and

holds to keep projects moving through the pipeline.

✅ Communicate with operations and permitting teams to help clear any documentation issues.

✅ Ensure all administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
