Physical Therapist
Dear Near Grad or Recent Grad:
Congratulations on either nearing the completion of your schooling or the start of your professional career. Your hard work and dedication are about to pay off.
I'd like to get straight to the point: We have a position open at Purcellville Orthopedic Physical Therapy in northern Virginia due to one of our team members relocating. We also have a position open in our Frederick, MD location as I am stepping away from full-time care after 30 years.
Why should you consider joining our team? We are a small, outpatient orthopedic private practice that values autonomy and is deeply connected to our community. We maintain a family feel and a positive internal culture.
Our practice stays at the forefront of integrative health, offering specialties such as dry needling, BFR, intermittent contrast, sequential compression, low light laser therapy, personal training, massage therapy, and assistive stretch therapy (AST).
We provide a 3-month mentorship program, a peer partner program, and occasional PT power hours for collaborative discussions. We schedule patients in 40-minute blocks to enhance the one-on-one experience.
I am personally invested in your future and will work with you to create a 5-year professional strategy. We offer a $15,000 signing bonus paid in three annual installments, which can be used for tuition reimbursement or a down payment on a home. We also provide PTO, health insurance, a matching 401(k), a productivity-based bonus structure, and are exploring performance-based pay.
Our facilities were recently renovated and expanded. We also just switched to SPRY, an AI-based EMR with a scribe option to reduce note-taking time.
I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you further. Please feel free to call or text my mobile number, 301-788-2768, at any time.
Sincerely,
Earl Cox, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
