Company Ventures / Summer Investment Analyst

Please note that through Blackstone LaunchPad’s partnership with Company Ventures, this role is ONLY open for students currently enrolled at City University of New York (CUNY) schools. Only CUNY students will be invited to interview and participate.

About: Company Ventures is a NYC-based early-stage venture capital firm that invests in new technology-driven businesses at the earliest stages. We predominantly invest in healthcare, fintech and B2B software businesses at pre-seed, seed and series A stages. 

Company Ventures' flagship program, the GCT Residency Program is a year-long no equity, no rent residency program purposefully built for NYC's premier founders and their operating teams. 

Main Responsibilities
- Work directly with the investment team to conduct due diligence on promising investment opportunities and help shape new investment strategies
- Assist in program planning and execution for Company Ventures’ Grand Central Tech residency program 
- Interact with 100+ CEOs to identify pre-seed & seed-stage startups across a wide range of industries—from enterprise software and data to fintech and digital health 

You will gain expertise in identifying emerging sectors and business opportunities, developing a deep understanding of various business models, and building a robust network of entrepreneurs, investors, and VC colleagues.

Intern Qualifications / Skills
- Deep curiosity about technology, societal trends, and entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated leadership, both on campus and beyond
- Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and determination
- A solid understanding of fundamental business principles
- Technical/engineering skills is a plus 

Education & Experience
- College students expecting to graduate in Winter 2026 or Summer 2027
- Open to all majors or fields of study, provided there is a strong academic record with a preference toward finance, economics, and computer science
