Intern Job Responsibilities
Floe is looking for an intern with a passion for climate technology, business strategy, and sales and marketing innovation. This role will focus on evaluating and executing business development initiatives across marketing, sales, partnerships, and content strategy. The intern’s responsibilities will cover:
• Researching and evaluating marketing and sales channels to identify and optimize high-performing strategies.
• Assisting in outreach and engagement with commercial property owners, facility managers, and industry partners.
• Supporting strategic partnerships, including researching and engaging with potential collaborators.
• Conducting market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing data-driven recommendations for growth.
• Assisting in the development and optimization of performance tracking and reporting tools to assess business development efforts.
• Developing marketing content that can be leveraged across key outreach channels.
Intern Qualifications/Skills:
Required
• Strong interest in business development, marketing, sales, and climatetech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Nice-to-Have / Plus
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Experience with website editing (Wordpress).
• Experience in content creation, marketing campaigns, or social media strategy.
• Experience with market research, data analysis, or competitive analysis.
• Background in B2B sales, partnerships, or lead generation.
Other Details
• Work Location: Hybrid (Remote + In-Person at Newlab, Brooklyn Navy Yard).
• Duration: Summer 2025, with potential for extension based on performance.
