Operations Intern / Gratis Intelligence | Company Ventures

Gratis Intelligence is revolutionizing product sampling by enabling seamless digital activations in hospitality and retail. Our platform connects brands with venues and consumers, leveraging point-of-sale integrations to streamline sampling and data collection. As an Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with our VP of Operations to support critical business functions, from lead generation and sales funnel management to CRM upkeep. This internship offers hands-on experience in building and optimizing operational processes that drive growth and efficiency.

Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation efforts, identifying and qualifying potential brand and venue partners.
- Support the organization and management of the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data tracking.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and proper segmentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve internal processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform outreach strategies and partnership opportunities.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation as needed.
- Utilize web scraping tools and techniques to source data and expand lead databases.

Intern Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong data organization and analysis skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and an understanding of sales pipeline management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with web scraping tools (e.g., Python libraries, browser extensions) is a plus but not required.

Work Location: Hybrid (remote-friendly, with optional in-person collaboration opportunities).
