Mira Intel is seeking an Strategy & Operations Intern for the summer to support business operations, strategic planning, and process optimization. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing and improving operational workflows, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the strategic growth of an AI-driven company focused on climate resiliency.

Responsibilities:
Assist in streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Support strategic initiatives by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for leadership.
Work closely with the CEO to identify growth opportunities and develop execution plans.
Coordinate logistics and workflows related to internal operations, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
Assist in developing documentation and standard operating procedures for company processes.
Qualifications & Skills
REQUIRED:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED:
Prior experience in operations, consulting, or startup environments is a plus.
Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on project needs)
