Early Learning Quality Specialist (1134)

Under the Supervision of the Senior Director-Early Education Programs and Services (EEPS) or designee, the Early Learning Quality Specialist provides coaching, training, meeting coordination, rating and assessments, and technical assistance to early learning program staff at all levels, in order to support their participation in continuous quality improvement efforts and initiatives, and related ventures within EEPS. The Early Learning Quality Specialist will be responsible for encouraging and supporting early learning and school readiness outcomes. The Early Learning Quality Specialist may provide direct service, coordinating and independently monitoring projects or program components, including collaborative meeting facilitation, scope strategies, and program quality enhancement activities. Areas of service may include early care and education and school readiness, social and emotional skills development, and family engagement and strengthening strategies.
