About the Position:

Will Consider Research Data Specialist I.

Under the general direction of the Branch Chief of Highway Performance Monitoring System, a Research Data Specialist II, the incumbent will be responsible for performing advanced and complex GIS and non-GIS data preparation, analysis, visualization and reporting in support of HPMS, DRISI, and Caltrans; is knowledgeable of business intelligence software used to recognize opportunities for improvement; is responsible for curating content published to internal and external web pages. Incumbent will actively collaborate and communicate with the other branches within the office, and other business areas within Caltrans to perform their daily tasks.
