**Project Overview:**
This internship is launched and overseen by Voice Up in service of Oklahoma Wildcats Academy (OWA). We are recruiting undergraduate and graduate students who want to help improve our world by connecting talented student-athletes to their purpose through digital recruitment strategies.

**About the Position:**
* Project launched and overseen by Voice Up in service of OWA
* 100% remote with completely flexible schedule - work whenever works for you
* Available as academic credit, volunteer experience, or with potential stipend through Voice Up
* No mandatory hours, meetings, or travel requirements

**About OWA & Voice Up Partnership:**
Our one-year program combines athletic development with entrepreneurship training and leadership skills. Through our partnership with Voice Up, we focus on connecting students to their deeper purpose using our core principles of collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy. This purpose-driven approach ensures students graduate with their own LLC, trade skills, improved athletic abilities, and most importantly, a clear understanding of their authentic purpose.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Leverage your existing athletic network to identify unsigned high school seniors
* Promote on-campus visits and our National Sports Combine (April 12, 2025, Oklahoma City)
* Share ready-made digital content across your networks
* Connect talented athletes with our purpose-driven program
* Track recruitment progress using our systems

**Sports Focus:** Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Wrestling, Track and Field (Men's and Women's divisions)

**Qualifications:**
* Current student or recent graduate in sports management, marketing, communications, or related field
* Understanding of athletic communities and sports recruitment
* Strong social media proficiency and digital communication skills
* Passion for developing young athletes and connecting them to their purpose
* Willingness to embrace Voice Up principles: collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy
