Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Research and Prospecting Intern to support our Inside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience team by assisting with lead generation activities, identifying potential leads, and contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and input data into the CRM system.
- Assist in outbound prospecting efforts via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Research, develop, and maintaining prospecting lists.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams in support of event operations and preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prospect interactions.

Education/Certifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 2 to August 8, 2025.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with using CRM software and sales prospecting tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
Reports to: Director, Commercial Operations
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
