As we grow, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our mission and help shape the future of women’s health.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Development Intern with a strong interest in women’s health, particularly menstrual health and gut microbiome, to assist our team in creating innovative and effective products. This role will combine product development research with content creation, making it a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about both the science behind supplements and educating others on menstrual health.
Key Responsibilities:
Market and Product Research:

Product Ideation and Testing Support:
Assist the product development team with brainstorming new supplement ideas, formulations, and concepts tailored to menstrual health. Help collect feedback from testers and customers to ensure our products meet their needs and preferences.
Content Creation for Menstrual Health:
Write and create informative content on menstrual health topics, such as managing period pain, cycle tracking, hormonal balance, and nutrition as well as the connection with the gut microbiome. This content will be used on our blog, social media platforms, email campaigns, and educational materials.
Research and draft blog posts, articles, and social media captions that engage and educate our audience on menstrual health and wellness.
Ensure content is scientifically accurate, accessible, and aligned with our brand’s voice and mission.
Ingredient Sourcing and Product Documentation:
Assist in researching ingredients that support menstrual health, reviewing suppliers, and evaluating their quality and effectiveness. Document ingredient sourcing and product specifications for transparency and compliance.
Collaborative Team Support:
Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and product offerings. Contribute to meetings and discussions on product strategy and content planning.
Requirements:
Passion for women’s health, particularly menstrual health and wellness as well as gut health.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as nutrition, biology, public health, or a related discipline.
Excellent writing and communication skills with a focus on creating clear, educational, and engaging content.
Ability to research and synthesize complex scientific information into easily understandable content for a broad audience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
A genuine interest in product development and a desire to make a positive impact in women’s health.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience writing for health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with menstrual health topics, including cycle tracking, hormonal health, and supplements for menstrual relief.
Experience with content management systems or social media platforms.
What We Offer:
Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, early-stage brand environment.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the product development and marketing fields.
Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the women’s health industry.
Remote work.
A collaborative and supportive team culture.
If you are passionate about women’s health, excited to contribute to the development of innovative products, and eager to write and educate others about menstrual health, we’d love to hear from you!
