Documentation Technician (Operator’s Manuals)
Worldwide leader in the manufacture of heavy mobile machinery has a job opening for a Documentation Technician to aid in writing and assembling content for Operator’s Manuals, Safety Bulletins, and Technical Information Documents, to help generate Risk Assessments, and to manufacture Safety Tags using a thermal printer (as needed). Potential candidates must be able to write procedures, to use and work with multiple computer programs, and to evaluate risks / safety hazards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Technical writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Having a collaborative work style with the ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience with Teamcenter / Solid Edge, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Excel
- Drafting experience
