M&A Senior Analyst Intern

We are currently looking for Senior Analyst Interns for a remote internship during the summer of 2025. The positions are unpaid but include a large training component with week-by-week sessions focused on:
- Desirable industry and business model characteristics
- Deal sourcing
- Finance, valuation and modeling
GPC is prepared to provide letters of recommendation and introductions to its vast network of contacts in management consulting, banking, private equity firms, or tech companies for high performing interns.
Analyst Internship
This position represents a unique opportunity for highly motivated individuals to assume a wide set of responsibilities and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will play an integral role in sourcing and evaluating deals in both broker and proprietary outreach channels.
Responsibilities:
- Find and screen investment opportunities on broker websites and deal aggregator sites
- Communicate with business brokers (email and meetings) to evaluate opportunities
- Present best deals in a weekly meeting with GPC’s founder
- Assist in due diligence for potential investments, including financial modeling, valuation and deal memos
- Cold call proprietary outreach targets to set up meetings with GPC’s founder

- Commit a minimum of 15 hours per week

Experience
- Previous finance or accounting experience is a plus but not required
- Must have completed freshman year of undergraduate degree
