Animation Maker

Animation Maker – Course Material Development

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Animation Maker to design and produce engaging, educational animations to support our course materials. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and video editors to bring complex ideas to life in a clear, concise, and visually compelling way. Your work will be used in online learning modules, explainer videos, and interactive training content.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 2D or 3D animated content to visualize abstract or complex concepts in a learner-friendly format.
  • Design storyboards and visual scripts based on course objectives and scripts provided by the curriculum team.
  • Collaborate with educators, content writers, and designers to ensure accurate and engaging representations of course topics.
  • Animate characters, icons, infographics, and transitions to enhance educational storytelling.
  • Edit and optimize animations for different platforms (e.g., LMS, YouTube, mobile).
  • Ensure consistent style, branding, and quality across all animated content.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver assets within defined deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in animation, motion graphics, or visual storytelling (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in animation and design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Toon Boom, Vyond, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and how animation supports learning outcomes.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into intuitive, visual formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience in educational content creation or e-learning is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) is a bonus.
