Under the direction of the DON, This person will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the overall clinical operation as it relates to the role of the LPN/Medical liaison team and ensure high quality medical Care and services.

Requirements

Minimum Education & Experience

LPN Experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

Supervisory or demonstrated leadership ability required.

Licensure/Certification

• Licensed by the NYS Department of Education as LPN.
• NYS drivers’ license.
• Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites.
• First Aid/CPR
