Business Development Associate

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold
calling, emails, events, and online research.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support company growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and
business expansion areas.
Develop and execute business development strategies to target new
markets and industries.
Prepare and present business proposals, marketing materials, and
product/service pitches to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client
requirements.
Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and business growth metrics
regularly.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align
business development initiatives.
Assist in pricing strategies and service customization as per market
demands.
Negotiate deals, contracts, and terms of agreement with clients to close
sales.
Ensure legal and business compliance in all contractual engagements.
Provide post-sales support and ensure a smooth transition to account
management teams.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or
products.
Maintain detailed records of business activities using CRM tools.
Generate reports to analyze effectiveness and suggest improvements.
