Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical and Operations intern to join our team. The ideal candidate must be studying nursing or pharmacy or something equivalent and be capable of addressing clinical inquiries from the team. This role involves a mix of clinical and operational support, requiring strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and creative skills for using Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer clinical questions and provide support to the team based on your nursing expertise.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
• Create and maintain documents, presentations, and reports using Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Support operational processes and help streamline workflows.
• Use Canva to design simple materials and graphics as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with other operational tasks as required by the team.

Requirements

• Someone that has a strong medical background
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
