GravyWork is looking for a sharp, driven recent grad to join our Manager-in-Training program. This full-time role is designed to fast-track you into a leadership role as an Account Manager — someone who owns relationships with our clients, oversees shift execution, and supports hiring and training across the region.

What you'll do:

Shadow and learn from experienced Account Managers

Work hospitality shifts to understand the business from the inside

Help staff major events and venue accounts across Orlando

Attend and support job fairs, recruiting events, and trade shows

Assist with training hospitality workers (banquet servers, bartenders, etc.)

Ensure smooth shift execution and event check-ins

Communicate with clients to gather feedback and build trust

Travel locally (Orlando and occasionally Tampa); reliable vehicle required

Work some nights/weekends when needed (especially for events)

Who we're looking for:

Recent or upcoming college grad (Class of ‘24 or ‘25)

High-energy communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and hungry to learn

Someone who’s just as comfortable working on-site as in an office

Loves working with people and problem-solving

Has a reliable car and valid driver’s license
