Event Outfitting Intern

SUMMER 2025

Perfect Game USA is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual for the Event Outfitting intern position. In this role, you will be working to help prep, organize and handle inventory for our internal high-profile events. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory of products that arrive for events, creating showcase jerseys, shipping and receiving product for events, and providing direct support to the Event Outfitting Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage event inventory to make sure orders are correct.
• Assist in creating and prepping product that is distributed to events across the country.
• Manage inventory in our system as products are shipped and returned for different events each week. 
• Working as additional help on events and showcases within the Kennesaw area
• Assist in inventory and receivables reporting for accounting 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive college credit.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior distribution or event operations experience is a plus.

Interview Process: 

The first step in the interview process involves a behavioral screening session, where candidates will be asked to record themselves responding to specific questions selected by the hiring team.

Expected Internship Timeline (Adjustable based on school schedule):
May 15th, 2025 - August 15th, 2025
