Connecting purpose-driven student entrepreneurs to global resources, mentorship, and funding opportunities—cultivating the next generation of business leaders committed to positive transformation and change through immersive real-world project experience across 490 cities in 29 countries.

## Program Structure

### Phase 1: Discovery Internship (3-4 months)
- 100% remote, 100% flexible scheduling
- 5-10 hours weekly commitment
- No geographic restrictions
- Flexible week-to-week enrollment
- Earn while you learn professional development model and includes discounted tuition
70% discounted start up tuition rate ($40 per week) through June 1st. 
This introductory opportunity will not be repeated.
This is only for currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, high school seniors, and career transitioners (working adults)
- Three participation tracks:
 - **Volunteer Track:** For students building experience alongside other commitments
 - **Academic Credit:** Coordinated with universities for course credit
 - **Paid Fellowship:** $500-$750 monthly stipends for exceptional candidates with promising social impact ideas

### Phase 2: Incubation Program (6-12 months)
- Selective advancement for most promising ventures
- Increased compensation ($20-$30/hour for up to 15 hours weekly)
- Comprehensive business development support:
 - Product/service refinement
 - Market validation
 - Business model development
 - Pitch preparation
 - Legal/accounting guidance

### Phase 3: Launch & Scale (Ongoing)
- Connection to OWA's corporate sponsor network
- Investment readiness preparation
- Market entry strategy
- Growth planning and execution support
