Chef Manager

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Chef Manager position at BROWNHealth Rhode Island Hospital & Hasbro Children's Hospital, located in Providence, RI. Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position will manage production for patient feeding ensuring quality product is delivered. Also, responsible for assisting with ordering, inventory, managing food and labor costs, food safety and waste. Generates production sheets and standardized recipes and ensures the staff are following them. Additionally, scheduling, hands on training and performance management. 

Bachelor's or equivalent experience required

Culinary management experience required within a high volume facility (hotel, hospital, chain restaurant, etc.)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a union workforce. 

All new hires must be vaccinated for COVID prior to start date.
