About the Position: Company is seeking a Technical Services Assistant to be responsible for assisting the Technical Services Manager in all aspects of information systems management on the enterprise network including help desk support, PC configuration and troubleshooting, hardware and software installations. Must have good communication skills, working knowledge of Client Office products and some familiarity with PC operating systems.
Primary Responsibilities: Technical Services Assistant will work assisting the Technical Services Manager in all aspects of information systems management on the enterprise network including help desk support, PC configuration and troubleshooting, hardware, and software installations.
• Provides over the phone help desk support for local and remote users.
• Assists with software and hardware installation and technical support for enterprise-wide users on PC workstations.
• Assists in system disaster recovery assistance.
• Assists in facilitating all computer hardware repair.
• Assists in daily data center operations during periods of personnel illness, vacation, or education. • Additional duties and responsibilities as required in the technical services area.
• Effectively listen and follow work directives and instructions.
• Provide quality service in all areas of responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education Required for Position:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or related work experiences.
Experience Required for Position:
• 2 years in PC operating systems and software, with some experience in PC hardware.
Specific Skills Required for Position:

• Demonstrates good verbal and written skills that will meet help desk support needs.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
