Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for hearing, tinnitus, and balance dysfunction.
Provide treatment for hearing loss, including hearing aids and assistive devices.
Lead hearing conservation programs to prevent hearing loss and monitor noise conditions.
Educate and train Air Force personnel on hearing protection and auditory health.
Engage in research-based practices to advance audiology care.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Audiology (AuD or PhD).
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or board certification from the American Board of Audiology (ABA).
Current unrestricted state license.
Completion of Officer Training School.
Must be between 18 and 42 years old.
