Clinical Social Worker

DISCOVER THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Deliver impactful care as a key member of the Outpatient Services team, providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients with complex clinical needs and severe symptomology
  • Play a vital role in community safety by routinely assessing risk and supporting clients living independently in the community
  • Collaborate with dedicated support staff, including paraprofessionals from partner agencies who provide residential services to approximately 20% of the program’s clients—ensuring continuity of care and smoother transitions to independent living

ABOUT THE OUTPATIENT SERVICES TEAM:

Our Outpatient Services team provides trauma sensitive and recovery oriented behavioral health and addiction assessment and evaluation, recovery planning, case management, individual and group therapy and medication management. Additionally, the team provides access to integrated care which assists individual in addressing and improving their physical health needs in conjunction with their behavioral health needs.
