Employer Brand Intern

In support of the company’s strategic initiatives and in alignment with the annual marketing and communications plan, the employer brand intern develops and oversees the company brand standards and guidelines, and the universal content calendar which instructs the majority of both internal and external content across all channels. Brand oversight includes corporate and affiliate brand standards. This role collaborates with social media team, marketing ops, and internal communications. They will also oversee video and photography projects. Collaborates with vendors to ensure printed materials are quality, accurate, timely, and on budget. Brand content includes and is not limited to any content – copy, visuals, this role is not solely responsible for execution of content.
