Position: Part Time Summer Intern (Study Abroad Office)

This position is for a part time unpaid Internship, up to 10 hours a week for the Study Abroad Office. Will work with a work study who is eligible for financial aid. The Intern will assist the Coordinator of Study Abroad & Global Engagement in all duties pertaining to exchange programs and study abroad opportunities for Marshall students.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with study abroad advising for all programs.
· Manage applications, selection, and enrollment processes for all programs.
· Plan and promote programs and events, including developing promotional materials.
· Maintain detailed records on study abroad and exchange program participants.
· Supporting with workshops, information tables at orientations in June and July, presentations, research financial aid, scholarships, and program options.
· Maintain the study abroad resource library, bulletin boards, and website.
Qualifications:
· Preferred work experience
· Can work with work study student
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to multitask. Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
· Computer proficiency is required, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Adobe.
