Evening Route & EDI Support Analyst (Entry-Level)
The Evening Route & EDI Support Analyst will be responsible for route analytics, tracking system maintenance, and supporting our EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integration services during the hours of 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM ET, Sunday - Thursday.
Primary Duties:
- Use specialized GIS mapping software
- Analyze historical process data using proprietary business intelligence tools
- Predict statistical movement and ETA of railroad cars across large geographical regions
- Construct predetermined trip plans for client shipments
- Conduct segmental analysis transit reports
- Learn and utilize QTS proprietary tracking software
- Assist with the onboarding process of new clients
- Interact with railroad customer service personnel and web software
- Assist with testing of new software upgrades and deployments
- Examine technology, methodology, and business opportunities and make recommendations to management
- Manage the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) support queue and related tasks
- Map, test, document, and maintain EDI transactions
- Assist in defining company EDI strategies and prioritizing EDI initiatives
- Define EDI business and technical requirements
- Define EDI implementation procedures and policies
- Develop and control EDI implementation schedules
- Assess, implement, and manage relationships with Customers, Rail Roads and Third-party Vendors.
- Other duties as required and assigned.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university
- Minimum of 2-3 years of workforce experience required
