Product Designer and UX/UI Expert
TradeEngage is a B2B software built for the trades. We're on the hunt for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Product Designer and UX/UI Expert to shape intuitive and impactful product experiences. This is your chance to make a real impact at an early-stage startup. You’ll play a critical role in crafting user interfaces, user journeys, and the overall design language of our platform!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define the UX strategy
- Own and design end-to-end user experiences from concept to implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback from real customers
- Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Must have strong Figma experience
- Use the latest AI tools to improve UX, UI and iterate with speed
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and write notes for engineering team
- Bring strong opinions on web and mobile app design, accessibility, and performance
