Hardware Engineer

minimum require:

1. Doctorate or master's degree in electronic engineering or related fields, systematically mastering knowledge in electronic engineering, including analog circuit design, digital circuit design, low-power design, weak analog signal modulation, amplification, detection and analysis, bus communication design and reliability analysis, etc.
2. Possess system and module level EMC design capabilities; Prefer experience in test analysis and remediation is preferred, and experience in designing explosion-proof products
3. Proficient in hardware circuit design, debugging, hardware and software integration, testing, and fault analysis capabilities.
4. Sensitive to new hardware technologies and processes, with a systematic 
5. Capable of researching and solving complex hardware technical issues.
6. Ability to independently complete key technologies and critical designs.
7. Rigorous scientific research spirit, outstanding technical documentation summary, and English communication writing skills.

expected responsibilities:

1. New Product Development. 
Responsible for hardware requirements analysis, design development, application, and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle, including providing system-level and module-level solutions and risk assessments based on product input. Implementing hardware design, reviews, testing, release, and defining key processing techniques for hardware manufacturing. Collaborating with project managers and project team members to achieve key objectives regarding time, cost, quality, etc.
2. Product Lifecycle Maintenance
 Responsible for the hardware maintenance work of launched products, including continuous quality and cost optimization, promote the modularity and platformization of hardware design.
3. Technical Research Exploration
 Evaluate new technologies and processes related to weighing applications, conduct preliminary research for future new products. Update , assess and summarize on the latest progress of key technologies
 4. Support and Cooperation
 Focused on hardware knowledge, covering weighing sensors and weighing systems, providing technical support and services to other teams, departments, MT China region, MT global, and end customers. Encouraging becoming a technical mentor across companies and teams.
