Operating Director
Cornerstone Caregiving is currently looking for an Operating Director to lead one of our offices upon completion of our “Top Gun” training program.
About the Role: As an Operating Director, you will essentially be the "mini-CEO" of your own office. You’ll have the autonomy to lead and make decisions, while receiving corporate support every step of the way (provided schedulers, bookkeepers, etc.) The position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.
Key Highlights:
- Base Salary: $80,000 per year
- Profit Share: 20% uncapped—your earnings potential is in your hands!
- Role Focus: 60-70% of your time will be dedicated to business development—driving marketing efforts, building relationships, and establishing referral networks with healthcare companies. The remaining 30-40% will be spent on business administration and handling day-to-day office operations.
- Location: Local Travel and In-Person
Top Gun Training Program: You'll undergo fully paid, comprehensive training for 5 weeks through our "Top Gun" program, which sets you up for success as you take the reins of your office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
- Success with meeting sales and business development goals
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities: As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
- Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
- In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
If you're someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys building relationships, and is looking for a company where you can make an impact in the health industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
