Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Approx. 6.5-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Placement & Retention Bonus – Up to $1,000!
- $250 after 30 days at your school site
- $250 following return from Winter Break
- $500 at the end of the 2025–2026 school year
What You’ll Do:
- Support Individualized Education & Behavior Plans (IEP/BIP)
- Work one-on-one with students needing behavioral support
- Respond to crises using CPI or Pro-ACT techniques
- Record and report daily progress and behavior data
- Supervise during meals, transitions, and recreational activities
- Travel up to 30 miles (one-way) within your assigned region
- Substitute as needed (BA III only)
What You’ll Need:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (BA I-II); Bachelor's Degree (BA III)
- Experience: Prior experience with students in school/treatment settings
- Clearances: DOJ/FBI Live Scan, TB Test
- Preferred: CPI/Pro-ACT, CPR certification
- Skills: Strong communication, basic tech skills, reliable & flexible
