AI Social Media Manager & Executive Assistant

Hours: 20 hrs/week | Rate: $20/hr | Location: Remote

 

Role Overview

Help keep our AI startup running smoothly by assisting our executive team with administrative tasks and running our social media. You’ll gain real-world experience handling everyday company needs and using proprietary AI tools to create high-quality social media content for our company.

 

Key Responsibilities

Use AI tools to draft, schedule, and publish social posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok

Monitor engagement metrics and share concise weekly summaries

Assist with light research, file organization, and other ad hoc projects as needed

 

Who You Are

Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple small tasks

Familiar with major social platforms and basic scheduling tools

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
