AI Research Fellow (Remote, Summer 2025)
This summer, Klarbook is assembling a team of ambitious students to uncover how companies across industries are adopting (or resisting) AI automation. As part of our AI Ops Benchmark Study 2025, you'll work with the latest AI tools to gather insights, talk to real professionals, and publish one of the first major studies of its kind.
As an AI Research Fellow, you’ll be part of a select student team conducting structured outreach to professionals, collecting responses to a short AI-readiness survey, and helping us publish the 2025 AI Ops Benchmark Report.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing
- Use tools we provide to identify and contact relevant professionals
- Invite them to participate in a short, structured AI-readiness survey
- Analyze and tag incoming responses
- Optionally help create trend summaries, mini-interviews, or quotes
- Collaborate with Klarbook and a global student cohort
- Get access to AI-powered tools (Clay, Tally, Apollo, Notion AI, etc.)
⏱️ Time Commitment
- 4–8 weeks
- Remote & async: You work on your own schedule
- Weekly Hours ~6-10 hours per week
