Occupational Therapist
SUMMARY
The Occupational Therapist is a full-time or part-time position with job elements focusing primarily on patient evaluation and treatment. The individual must demonstrate the ability to interact with team members for an interdisciplinary team approach. Patient care is provided across the life span; therefore, clinicians will interpret data and assess patient’s needs relative to age-specificity standards. Reports to the Occupational Therapy Supervisor.
A $12,000 Sign-on, Up to $10K Relocation, and covering the cost for Lymphedema Certification is available.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in occupational therapy or related field is preferred
- While Lymphedema Certification is preferred, we will cover the cost of additional schooling for the right candidate
License Requirements
- Licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia
Skill Requirements
- Leadership skills-assists in the instruction and training of Occupational Therapy personnel, students, home health aides and volunteers.
